"Billing Was a Mess"
My billing was totally wrong, and getting it fixed was way more frustrating than it should’ve been. They kept giving me vague promises like it would be “looked into” or “handled soon,” but nobody could give me a clear answer or timeline. I don’t mind mistakes happening, but the runaround made the whole experience really annoying.

"SoundCloud has been frustrating lately"
soundcloud has been barely usable for me lately, or at least it feels that way. Songs will randomly stop, skip ahead, or just sit there loading forever, even when my wifi seems totally fine. I keep having to refresh the app over and over, which gets really annoying when I’m just trying to listen to a playlist.

"Glitches when organizing tracks"
For some reason, every time I try to sort or move tracks around, the app starts glitching. It makes organizing anything way more frustrating than it should be.

"I still use SoundCloud a lot..."
I still use SoundCloud a lot for music and it’s still good, but lately the spam comments and random bot follows are getting super annoying. Feels like every time I check notifcations there’s some weird fake account. Hope they clean it up soon becuase it’s starting to get old.

"Works one minute, disappears the next"
I can’t even keep track of when this app is working anymore. One day, or maybe even earlier the same day, my tracks load fine, and then suddenly I’m getting random errors or nothing loads at all. It’s super frustrating when I just want to put something on and listen without guessing if the app is going to cooperate.

"I still think SoundCloud is decent…"
I still think soundcloud is decent for finding new music, but my experience uploading has been frustrating. I put up a small mix just for fun, not trying to make money or anything, and it got taken down almost immediately. I get that copyright rules matter, but something feels off when the appeal process is slow and mostly just automated replies. It makes the whole thing feel kind of pointless if you’re just trying to share music casually.

"Great for Discovering New Music"
I mostly use SoundCloud to find new songs and up-and-coming artists, it’s been reliable for that. The recommendations aren’t perfect every time, but I’ve discovered a lot of cool tracks I probably wouldn’t have found anywhere else. If you’re open to digging around a bit, it’s definitely a solid place to find fresh music.

"I feel kind of stupid for trusting…"
I feel kind of stupid for trusting them and signing up. I’ve been paying every month, but it doesn’t feel worth it at all. The features are super basic, the ads are still annoying, and I just don’t see the value in it anymore.

"App is getting really frustrating"
I like soundcloud a lot, but the app has been really annoying lately. It freezes all the time. Songs take forever to load, even when my Wi-Fi is fine. Sometimes the music just stops playing. Then I have to close the app and open it again. Search is slow too. I hope they fix the performance soon.

"Suggestions feel pushy"
It keeps recommending tracks I’d never actually listen to, and after a while it starts to feel like I’m being pressured to try music that just isn’t my taste. I wish the suggestions felt more in line with what I play.

"Uploading has become way too frustrating"
Uploading files has turned into a hassle. They keep failing midway, and then I have to start over from scratch every time. For something that should be basic, it feels way more annoying than it needs to be.

The analytics feel kind of useless. I expected them to give me a clearer picture of what’s going on, but most of the time I’m just looking at the numbers and thinking, okay… what am I supposed to do with this?

"Good stats, but the waiting gets annoying"
I like the stats and find them useful, but the upload and editing process can feel messy at times. Sometimes I’m just sitting there waiting longer than I expected, which gets frustrating when I’m trying to make quick changes.

"Good app, frustrating refund experience"
I do like SoundCloud overall, but dealing with the refund was annoying. I cancelled and still got charged, then had to wait a few days just to get a basic response. They did refund me eventually, so it worked out, but the whole thing felt slower and less clear than it should have. Not the worst experience, just one of those things where compared to other services, you kind of expect...

"I got locked out of my…"
I got locked out of my SoundCloud account for no obvious reason, and it was super frustrating. The password reset emails either took forever to arrive or just didn’t show up at all. What really bothered me was the security stuff, I was getting weird login alerts, but there was barely any clear info about what actually happened. Support was slow and not very helpful either. I just wanted to get back into my account and understand what was going on, but the whole thing was such a mess. Definitely 1 star from me.

SoundCloud is fine overall, but the pricing pages were kind of confusing when I was trying to figure things out. I had to click around a bunch just to see what was actually included, which was annoying because I was in a rush and really didn’t have time for that right then. It’s not terrible, but I wish they made the details more obvious upfront.

"Pretty good support overall"
I had a problem logging into my account and wasn’t sure how quickly I’d hear back, if at all. SoundCloud support got back to me the next day, which was better than I expected. It wasn’t fixed right away and I did have to send a few more details, but their replies were clear and they kept following up until it was sorted. It wasn’t perfect, but in the end I’d say the support was solid and better than I thought it would be.

"I keep coming back to it"
I use SoundCloud pretty much every day now, i’m really happy with it. It’s way more engaging than I thought it would be. The comments on tracks, reposts, and mixes make it feel more alive, like there are actual people discovering music together instead of just scrolling through another app. I also really enjoy finding smaller artists and seeing what others are reacting to. The app can be a little slow sometimes, which is annoying, but overall I have a lot of fun using it and I always end up coming back
